Wages enforcement officers: essence, specificity, lines of perfection

This article analyzes the nature of pay, as well as its function. The theoretical principles and specific payment performance of internal affairs, which is produced in the form of allowances. It is concluded that in the present allowance is regarded primarily as a socio-economic category and powerful performance management professional performance of law enforcement officers. The main directions of further development and improvement of the allowance.
