Conditions of creation and functioning of special eco- nomic zones in regions of Russia

Conditions of creation and functioning of special economic zones (OEZ) are considered. According to Federal Law «About special economic zones in the Russian Federation» the purpose of their creation is development of processing and high-technology industries, transport infrastructure and tourist sector of economy, production of new types of production, and also a diversification and development of the Russian economy of innovative type.
