Improvement of the system of material stimula- tion of the personnel of municipal pre-school educational institutions

The article characterizes the main problems of stimulating the labour activity of pedagogical workers of preschool educational institutions. On an example of the institutions of the system was the improvement of labour payment in the part of the incentive payments. A technique of definition of key performance indicators, translated into specific payments of stimulating character.
