Tasks of the business entity during the implementation of the budget planning

The article is devoted to organizational issues that arise in the implementation of budget planning in the business entity. The concepts of budgeting and planning at the enterprise are disclosed, and their interrelation is determined Especial attention is paid to the problems which necessary to solve for effective budget planning in the company. The most relevant problems and possible decisions arising from the implementation process are identified and demonstrated on examples. The author briefly describes the final stage, the analysis of the totals after up the recommended measures in the company in conclusion.
