The article reveals the essence of the new technology ‘crowdsourcing’, its role in the JSC ‘Sberbank Russia’ long-term strategy formation. The article is dedicated to the crowdsourcing algorithm as a new management type and the analysis of the start of the project ‘Sberbank – crowdsourcing’.
