The contract of carriage of goods by road

The presented paper investigates the concept of the contract of carriage of goods by road and its basic characteristics and attributes, based on the current transport legislation governing the implementation of road transport. It also held its separation agreement with the organization of transport and other related agreements (lease, contract, etc). Based on the results of ongoing differentiation of the author proves the independence of the variety of transport contracts.
