The transition of industrialized countries, the most integrated into the global economy to an innovation economy has led to the fact that the international exchange of modern innovations in their various forms (finished products, technologies, know-how, management practices, etc.) in the world economy becomes all greater significance. The organization of effective management of the innovation process at the macro - and micro level is one of the most important factors in ensuring the national and firm competitiveness in the global market.
