The target company's management with the use of simulation systems

The paper demonstrated the approach to the target company's management using simulation systems. For this simulation tool, in addition to the model was designed dashboard, which occurs via interaction with the model. On the dashboard was implemented strategic map that allows to assess the achievement of the objectives under the impact of various management decisions as a result of simulation for the selected time interval. This allowed us to select the correct strategic initiatives and make the right management decisions in the demo.
