Innovative oriented management of human resources in the project teams

The innovative approach to the management a personnel in the project teams is offered in the article. This approach provides for the use of innovative developments in the planning of human resources, recruitment, development and management of the project team. Recommendations of the use of innovative technologies in the consistency of the members of the project management team are submitted. The use of mathematical model of distributing of projects between the members of team is proved.
