Human development as a foundation for the formation of knowledge economy

This article discusses the formation of the knowledge economy in the context of human development concept, analyzes the impact on the knowledge economy of some elements of human development such as health and education and examines continuing education (lifelong education) as one of the conditions of knowledge economy formation.
