Program-target approach to formation of the modern organization of school food service

In this article it will be a question of catering services of pupil in educational institutions. Еmphasis will be placed on ensuring the healthy and balanced nutrition. Also the program "Improvement of system of a school food of educational institutions" with its principles of realization is considered. The main part of article acquaints with industrial method of catering services of pupils. In addition to it positive sides of this method are considered.
