Specificity of the civil procedural law in RF

on the basis of the analysis of development of the theory of the domestic civil and arbitration procedure, the current civil and arbitration law, literature the author analyzes the specifics of civil procedure in Russia, marked the controversial issues are highlighted in civil proceedings, and the subjects of civil legal proceedings is differentiated by three main groups.
