Separation of powers: Problems and Solutions

In this paper we consider a number of problems in the separation of powers in modern Russia there are basic directions of development of the classical concept of separation of powers with the light of contemporary realities, the necessity of amending the Constitution of the Russian Federation within the framework of the development of the concept of separation of powers with the offer specific wording.
