Ways of improvement of financial support of agriculture development of ukraine from local budgets

Ukrainian agriculture is unable to function without governmental intervention. Today a number of programs functions to support and stimulate agricultural production. The article critically reveals the content and procedure, points out the weaknesses and the main methods of improving of governmental stimulation production methods. The topicality of the theme strengthens the need to find alternative ways of improving of the financial mechanism of agricultural producers at the expense of local budgets as most of the funds, directed to these sources, is not used effectively.
