Organizationally-economic providing of agrarian and industrial production in national and regional scales

The aspects of the organizationally-economic providing of agrarian and industrial production are considered in the scientific article, taking into account base positions of development and introduction of profile public policy of development of agricultural sphere of country. Within the limits of the advanced study led suggestion in relation to strengthening of organizationally-economic constituent of agrarian and industrial complex in national and regional scales with the purpose of guaranteeing of food safety of country and her socio-economic progress. In addition an author is give own vision of directions of adaptation of public agrarian policy to the terms of market economy. The parameters of carrying out reform of agricultural sphere are grounded.
