Essence, forms and place in the constitutional mechanism of institute of the constitutional control

The constitution (means, of course, the hand-written formal constitution) possesses the highest validity, therefore in the state all legal acts have to correspond to it or, in any case, not contradict. In article the concept of the constitutional control and its essence which can be defined taking into account solved following tasks - ensuring rule of the constitution reveals; ensuring direct and direct action of the constitution; use of control powers for development of legal space within the constitutional legality; creation of legal opportunities for legislation development within the legal system, which basis are fixed in the country Constitution. Except everything in article reveals forms and a place of institute of the constitutional control in a legal mechanism of the state.
