Tax law and economics of property: aspects of interaction in modern Russia

The article represents the results of assay of Russian Federation regulation in the sphere of taxation of real estate. The aspects reflecting sensitivity to tendencies in real estate economics are considered on the basis of critical approach to provisions of the Russian Tax Code, federal laws and bylaws concerning property taxes. The article is published on the basis of the result of research on the grant provided by RHSF: the project No. 14-32-01206 «Calculation of the budgetary efficiency of actions for tax preferences of real estate with elements of ecotechnologies in the Moscow region».
