The role of government and legislative regulation of restructuring processes

The article presents the author's analysis of the government role in regulation and legislative processes of corporate restructuration. The article describes types of the government regulatory activities: organizational, legal, financial and methodical. Particular attention is paid to the current regulatory framework of the Russian Federation concerning the implementation of restructuring programs and the actual problems of government regulation
