Franchising as a tool of business financing

Several years ago, an entrepreneur who wants to start a business franchise in Russia, had practically no ready-made tools to attract funding. Provision of investment, if necessary, he should have done in-house. Today, it can not only apply to the bank, taking over the personal obligation to repay the loan, but also to appeal to institutional investors willing to invest not only money, but also to share in the risks of starting a business. This form of financing subject of this paper. The article is devoted such an important system in the business as a franchise. Stages of formation of the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee. Identified the advantages and disadvantages of franchising.
