Hybrid organisations: determination through attributes

this paper aims to study the concept of hybrid organisations according to O. Williamson, A. Grandori and G. Soda works, and advance of the author’s concept of hybrid differentiation. The authors have considered such aspects as: the substance of hybrid organisations, their internal classification parameters, and estimation of the hybrid organisations importance for network economics. Analysis in terms of TCE is reinforced by the examples of contract relationships for different cases. The paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of interaction as a part of hybrid network relationships and their role in coordination process.
