Competitive cooperation and cartel: analysis of differences

Two main forms of cooperation with competitors-cartel and cooperation- were reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of these two forms of cooperation were identified for participants of cooperation and for the market. During the research work the salient features of these forms of cooperation were compared with each other in order to reveal the best form of cooperation with competitors.
