Research of the provisions of the regional strategic programs, influencing the formation of cluster structures in the Far North

In the context of the modernization of the economy is more urgent socio-economic development of regions. Tool to ensure high growth rates of gross regional product, production efficiency and capacity to achieve on the basis of a high level and quality of life in the region could be the formation of cluster structures. The article deals with strategic regional programs, which should be taken into account in the planning process of cluster development in the Far North.
