the Article is devoted to the study of leasing operations and development of agroindustrial complex of Russia in the conditions of EU sanctions and America. It is established that the promotion of leasing transactions will become a tool to encourage producers constant acceleration and renewal of production assets, the intensification of the development of the national economy and improve its competitiveness in the domestic market.
