Electronic declaring as a basis of the mechanism of granting of customs services in the Customs union

The urgency of introduction the Internet-declaring is proved. Advantages of technology of electronic declaring are described. The brief history of realization the Internet-declaring is given. Norms of the Customs code of the Customs union are described at application of variants of the organization of electronic declaring.
