Functions of interaction of plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation with law enforcement authorities

The author examines the functional aspect in interaction plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation with law enforcement agencies by defining concepts and the classification of the functions in the present context. In particular, it is concluded that the form of interaction is meaningful if the plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal districts are public authorities and law enforcement agencies is clearly defined by law. In view of the conclusions drawn in the article makes practical suggestions for improvement.
