Public-privite parthnership and outsourcing in the government activity: a comparative analysis

This article shows a systematical comparison between public-private partnerships and outsourcing for a number of characteristics. Also presents the advantages and disadvantages of these types of businesses – for the government and for private companies. Article also includes the analysis of the main characteristics of the PPP and outsourcing and conclusions about whether it is possible to consider PPP a particular case of the outsourcing.
