Customs and tariff regulation as an instrument to stimulate investment activity of business

The article is devoted to the needs of the changing goals and priorities of the customs-tariff policy-related growth of economic potential of the country. The author analyzes the main directions of customs tariff regulation, contributing to the development of foreign trade and the inflow of foreign investments into the Russian economy. On the basis of the conducted research the author proposes a reorientation of the customs tariff with performing fiscal functions in regulating.
