Incentive system management of higher-education teaching personnel: problems and solutions

The article considers topical issues of incentive system management of the university teaching personnel. Based on the analysis of organizational documents and teaching staff survey the author reveals the basic problems in the incentive personnel system using the example of the Katanov State University of Khakassia. The article also contains the recommendations to overcome the problems identified in the University staff incentive management.
