The trade union representation in individual labor relations

The scientific literature usually focuses on the study of executive powers of trade unions in collective labor relations. This article examines the trade union representation of a single employee both in the employment and other related legal relationships. The trade union representative, while exercising his rights in this area, tries to make changes in the content of labor or other directly connected with them relations.
