The analysis of the organization competitiveness is currently gaining importance due to growing recognition of the fact that the change of organizational structure and organizational culture is a significant, previously unappreciated reserve of efficiency increase. Additional relevance of the article appears due to increasing attention in the recent years to the issue of the motivation system creation relating to organizational structure and culture.
