Development of competition in the banking retail services

On the example of the leading Russian banks are considered models of an estimation of competitiveness of banking services that can be used in the course of their analysis, including the so-called matrix of McKinsey. Reflected the key criteria for assessing the competitiveness of banking services related to the assessment of the capacity of the banking market, the profitability of investments, the bank's market share, etc., affect the level of bank profits.
