Political parties in Kazakhstan - history and modernity

The subject of research is the study of the origin and development of political parties in the Republic of Kazakhstan a certain historical period. The scope of application of the results of the study of political parties of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the political parties of the country. The scientific novelty of the research is carried out in an attempt to a comprehensive study of the legal nature and characteristics of political parties in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a constitutional and legal institution. The main conclusions of the study are proposals to improve the functioning of political parties in the Republic of Kazakhstan. As the recommendations proposed to supplement the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2002 № 344-II «On political parties" (with alterations and amendments as of 07.11.2014) Article 15.1. The participation of political parties not represented in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the plenary sessions.
