The refusal to pay insurance indemnity: some practical problems

The article is devoted to the practical problems of individual insurance compensation in connection with a considerable number of legal disputes, as at present there is no uniform jurisprudence on the matter. The author of the work is carried out to identify the problems arising from the ambiguity of the application of the insurance legislation on the refusal of the insurance compensation, the importance of the stability of the financial services market is concluded. The existence of different approaches to the problems of refusal of insurance payment is a serious threat to the stability of the insurance market
