the present paper contains an analysis of the problem of evaluation of military and economic effect of benchmarking. A method of calculation of relative and absolute effect (military and economic) of benchmarking for a military organization is proposed. An algorithm of calculation of general military and economic effect of benchmarking is proposed. An algorithm for decision about benchmarking is described.
