The criminal law analysis of the fraud subject, who pulls his rank in the field of crediting

the law analysis of special subjects of crimes, specified in the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, has always evoked discussion questions, as the clarification of true characteristics of mentioned legal category allows realizing of the dispositions and sanctions of criminal law. The particular interest is provoked by the cases, when a legislator gives some legal statuses to the criminal, especially if the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has a blanket character. In this article, the author will examine the part 3 of the Article 159.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to which the criminal subject must be a borrower, who pulled his rank in the field of crediting.
