An analysis of the real estate market in the republic of Armenia

Describes the main factors influencing the activity of the real estate market in the Republic of Armenia. There were made comparative analysis of the real estate market of Armenia, in particular for the city of Yerevan, based on the indicators registered in the state register of real estate. As a result of research administrative districts of the city were divided by price categories and as well as there were examined the basic processes were registered in the real estate market. During the review process there were considered information presented by institutional and non-institutional participants of the real estate market and on the basis of these indicators has been proved that the real estate market in the Republic of Armenia in need of an effective system of data collection and analysis. Were investigated the basic problems of the analysis of real estate market affecting the final readings
