Basic Concepts of Asset and Liabilities Management

The article contains review of the basic concepts related to management process of asset and liability operations. The analysis of existing definitions of asset and liabilities management of credit institutions was performed in this article. Key related concepts, such as tools, methods, operations were considered including the relationship between them. Based on this analysis, the author formulated the author's definition of asset and liability management.
