Development of production equipment investment destination in Russia: strategic planning issues

Article is devoted to problems of development of production of the equipment of investment appointment and improvement of strategic planning of development of the machine-building enterprises making such equipment. The main tendencies in the world market of the equipment of investment appointment are considered. Dependence of national economy on import of the equipment of investment appointment is shown. The examples demonstrating a condition of the enterprises making the equipment of investment appointment and a consequence of wrong strategic planning in branch are given. Need of cardinal revision of a role of state planning for the industry of production of the equipment of investment appointment and giving to this planning of strategic and sistemkny character is shown. The author's position concerning need qualitatively of other approach to analytical ensuring strategic planning of development of the machine-building enterprises making the equipment of investment appointment is proved.
