Management of complex development of rural territories taking into account activity of cooperative structures

In article the main conditions of the solution of the program of tasks of management of rural territories are considered. It is for this purpose offered to combine efforts of municipalities and agricultural organizations. Need of an integrated approach to research of rural territories is proved. The role of local government and rural communities in the solution of problems of management of complex development of rural territories is emphasized. The system approach to development of rural territories providing a number of advantages in his management is in detail analyzed.
