The role of labor potential employees the enterprise competitiveness

The article examines the nature and structure of the labor potential of the enterprise, as well as its role in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in modern conditions. To determine the effect on the labor potential of the enterprise competitive workers proposed a typology of labor potential, depending on the ratio of the level of development of his personality, qualification and psychophysiological components.
