Perjury in criminal law of different countries

The article deals with the provisions of the criminal law of Australia, Austria, Argentina and Belgium, both countries with which Russia has no existing international agreements regulating issues of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters. Attention is paid directly to the criminal responsibility of perjury in connection with absence of the Russians witness immunity, if they call to testify in criminal cases in the judicial authorities of the states under consideration.
