Institutional characteristics of the real tendencies of sectoral markets development

Institutional changes in the modern economy have a direct impact on the functioning of various types of industrial markets. Despite the fact that sectoral markets have different specifics, we can highlight some common features of institutional changes, typical for many types of industrial markets. Representativeness study of the effect of institutional changes on sectoral contracts and transactions, correctness of an estimation of economic efficiency of institutional changes are essential for the rationalization of the system of state regulation of the branch markets, and from the point of view of optimization of economic behavior firms.
