The increase in the capitalization of the state through the state mechanism - private partnership

The aim of government is to increase the capitalization of its territory. For this, government set regulatory base of activities in this area, also improve the living conditions in the territory – build a social and transport infrastructure. Public-private partnership is one way to build infrastructure. On example of the Republic Bashkortostan in article were analyzed a direct impact on the cost of the land and was calculated the increase revenues from the land tax further.
