Article discloses need of strengthening of economic state regulation of domestic agrarian and industrial complex in the conditions of unstable modern Russian economy and in case of influence of the international sanctions. Such strengthening will replace with itself in certain cases the market mechanisms of price regulation which have appeared less effective today and will achieve balance between interests of two counter parties - consumers and producers. Besides, it will provide to the Russian producers protection in the market, internal and external.
The short explanation of imperfection of market system, consequences of inefficient resource allocation, growth of monopolization of separate sectors of the market, enlargement of entrepreneurial structures, and also the consequences caused by these processes is offered. Market monopolization growth, in particular, reduces or at all destroys free competition, does public influence on production minimum that leads to negative results. Monopolists receive control over the prices, take own benefit and acting in damage of national economy.
Article determines the main directions of economic policy for improvement of work of agrarian and industrial complex and growth of level of living of the population in general. It is policy of institutional transformations, depreciation, anti-monopoly, budget, currency, external economic, monetary, investment, tax, structural and industry.
Implementation of each of the listed above directions of economic policy to these does not provide optimum control of agrarian and industrial complex and economy of Russia in general. Therefore it is important to look for solutions of tasks on effective functioning of a national economy, rational use of resources, and at the same time efforts need to be directed to improvement of social and economic conditions. And all this is in modern geopolitical and economic conditions.
