Family law as the basic category of the theory and history of state and law

This article describes the theoretical-conceptual bases of study of the principles of the Russian family law in the history of Russia. The au-thor of this concept and reveals the legal nature of the principles of the CE-manago law. The issues of history of the development of marriage and family relations. Analyzed family law from the point of view of BA-Savoy categories of theory and history of state and law.
