Participation of small business in public-private partnership in system of compulsory health insurance

In article the essence of the public-private partnership (PPP), feature of PPP in health sector, main objectives and the PPP forms is considered. The analysis of statistical data on participation of small business in PPP in system of compulsory health insurance is carried out, the main problems interfering inclusion of the private companies in this system are revealed, the ways of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of interaction of participants of PPP in system of compulsory health insurance based on application of design approach are offered.
