The new look of the financial market of Russia: law and economics

The present study is devoted to the consideration of the economic and legal aspects of the situation prevailing in the financial market of the Russian Federation. The study is due to the certain logic. First, the author makes a brief overview of the situation on the financial market of contemporary Russia. Then, the author proceeds to consider changes in the law, consisting in the development of a number of Strategies of development of the parts of the Russian financial market, such as the actual financial market, insurance activities, pension system, national payment system. Special attention is paid to consideration of the Report of the Bank of Russia, on the basis of which the author argues the need to develop additional legislative initiatives aimed at improving the situation in the financial market of the Russian Federation.
