Some use the mechanisms of the human rights functions of public control

The author carried out the establishment and study of mechanisms for the use of the remedial function of social control. The results of this study the author concluded that one of the possible effective mechanisms of use of the remedial function of social control seems to be in giving legal basis to the cooperation agreements of the Commissioner for human rights public associations and other non-governmental organizations in the field of human rights protection, including important to unite the efforts of the Public chamber of the Commissioner for human rights in order to protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
