About research of organizational culture based on «scale of organizational paradigm» by L. Konstantin

In this article were described results of organizational culture research of the Russian Customs Academy through analysis of student’s perception. For diagnostic of organizational culture was used questionary «Paradigm’s organizational scales» by L. Konstantin. Quantitative and graphical data from the reseach characterizes existing profile of the organizational culture of Academy in the students's mind. Real and desirable models of the organizational culture were constructed. Achieved results extend vision about researched organization and allow to form future image in a target way.
