Obligations of a Borrower in Credit Legal Relations

The article covered the system of main obligations of a borrower in the relations of corporate and consumer crediting. The author of the article analyzed in detail the existing case law in the area. The article also reviewed the issue of interpretation of legal provisions on borrowers’ obligations and the prospects of the development of the legislation on crediting. Novelties of the legislation on consumer crediting that deal with borrowers’ obligations in credit legal relations were also analyzed in the article.
